Well, it doesn't get better. You have to make it better.I used to feel exactly the same. I'm no expert in this. But lately, I have been feeling good when I started to not be dependent on others more. Definitely you need to have friends and try to make new friends rather than the people who third wheel you. Meanwhile learn to be your best friend and make others third wheel in your life until you find your best friend. Also, try to care less about those people, try to cut them off, well not completely, but kinda yea .Do things you love and don't be too hard on yourself. And body dysmorphia is what made me comment. Even tho I am in good shape now, I have been a fat kid once. Even now, I feel ugly all the time because I didn't get validation from people back then, I constantly seek validation on how I look all the time. My mother’s brother runs a construction company and they have branches in Kerala and other states. I currently live in the US and I’ve asked him about the business scenarios in Kerala because I’ve often heard people saying that Kerala is not a business friendly state. He said me that to do construction work he hires North Indian migrants the most because these people don’t engage in unnecessary trade union strikes, they’re cheap labour and they can be exploited easily (I know it’s bad). Coming to bribes he said me that he had to pay bribes if and only if the papers and documents are not proper.

From my experience I believe it depends upon the type of business you’re doing. If it is something that has to do only with the office and white collar jobs then it’ll work but if you’re planning to start something with manufacturing and if it involves a factory then please don’t. Go to some other business friendly state and start a factory there. If you hire an agent then they’ll get all the paperwork work done or else if you can, leave India and settle abroad in a developed nation.
