Exactly. Body positively is about ppl not getting bullied or ostracized from society. Also, Urfi herself has an eating disorder, watched her amazon show, and she didn't eat properly. Her family was calling it out, too. Also, with growing instagram influencers, like urfi, who are malnourished and have eating disorders, everybody is called plus size and obese, even if they have a healthy and normal weight.
