yes mostly the amazon india delivery person uses amazon delivery app for deliver, even before they ring our door bell, they marked as delivered, so its hard for us to refuse the delivery,

its also a scam they are doing, since they marked as delivered we cant refuse the delivery, if product type non returnable means big headache for us.

and delivery person dont deliver at our doorstep nowadays they call us ask us to collect on road.

even i have compliant that many times to amazon India seems like they dont care about us.

every time they assure i wont happen again but no control over delivery team from the amazon India.
