Ramanattukara to Azhiyoor - you'll be lucky to get through this stretch quickly. Major bottle necks are there near Raviz kadavu, Hilite mall area, Malapparamba, Vengalam, Thiruvangoor, Payyoli, Vadakara area

Azhiyur - Muzhappilangad - proper 6 lane road

Muzhappilangad to Pappinisseri - very difficult to get past Kannur city

Pappinisseri to Pilathara - Take KSTP road, no issues

Pilathara to Kanhangad South - NH works ongoing, not much congestion

Kanhangad to Kasaragod you can avoid NH and take KSTP road
