If you haven't tried a good sadhya yet. I'll suggest Mothers Veg Plaza. Its quite crowded but for me it was worth the wait. Was full and content having their sadhya. People have mixed reviews but for me it was a good experience.
I also haven't tried any other restaurants that provide a good sadhya so It might a biased opinion from others perspective.
