One thing that helped me was setting up a quick priority system:

• P0: Service down/major bug (drop everything)

• P1: Time-sensitive but not critical (same day)

• P2: Important but can wait (this week)

• P3: Nice to have (backlog)

Doesn't fix everything, but at least helps me not spiral when multiple things need attention. And yeah, the "doing it alone" part is rough - even with a team, that founder weight hits different.

i mean the fact that firstly NONE of the shades in her first launch catered to the actual indian skin tone, im dark skinned and i couldnt try any of the shades because it even washed the model down on her site then whats the point of ordering and i get that there is absolutely nothing wrong with using a black model but it still wouldve been nicer had she usen a indian model to actually get a correct idea
