Not being contrarian, but you’ve put the onus on the startup CPG to prove PMF, so what value do you add? Is it a belief that if they get from 0 to 1, you can prove 2-100?

You aren’t a studio, just to be clear. You’re an incubator. That sounds nit picky, but a savvy founder is going to be used to those being different things. Check out TinySeed’s model. They probably do the best version of what you’re proposing, but they’re SaaS focused. (And their founder/MD is around here somewhere.)

Partner with a retailer that doesn’t have their own version of this once you prove any traction. Target does this in-house, but there are some cool retail models (even if the brand itself isn’t “cool”) that can’t do a good job of this but would be a good partner, like the TJMAXX/Marshall’s of the worlds.
