Hey! I gave the TSLAWCET 5 year degree paper last year. I didn’t prepare at all but did decently well (rank 104). The papers for 5 and 3 year LLB are quite similar, but the difficulty level with respect to the legal reasoning section might differ marginally. Here are my peanuts :
-GK and mental ability is on the easy side. Check out important dates of stuff like mental health day,, HQ of important organisations like UN, WHO. specific Current affairs relegated to Telangana, authors of famous books, basic history with regards to India.
-Legal reasoning, make sure you’re thorough with the general knowledge of the constitution, High courts, random important details of the Supreme Court, important dates, Law day celebration, 75 years of Supreme Court, new CJI, Fundamental rights and DPSP (mainly the imp ones and which articles they’re mentioned in), articles with regards to amendment, elections, impeachment are very important. Basic information with regards to Human rights and Child safety (articles and legal POV), meanings of important terms from Contracts and Torts. Information related to Law commission. Very basic Legal terms or maxims.
I would suggest doing all past year papers to get a good grip on their testing pattern. Since you have time until the end of May to prepare for it, you can shed down minimum time every week to just do basic stuff. I’m sure you’ll do well.
The only thing you have to focus on is attempting as many as you can since none of this has negative marking. Maximise your score. OU main campus has very limited seats so if you’re from the general category, you should aim to get below a rank of 30 to stay on the safe side. I’m sorry I can’t help you with the colleges, I’m not quite sure about them myself. All the best! -
Let's be honest. This is where we're headed...
The US is increasingly going to be two countries. One where the rich people live in relative luxury and high living standards and one where the poor people live in relative poverty.
The ones in the middle get squeezed out and the poor will only get poorer from here on out.
The real issue comes when people who thought they were part of the rich part of the country hit a snag in the road like a natural disaster or a health emergency and discover they aren't.
There is still quite a way to go for the lower classes of the US to have reached a level where people from developing countries wouldn't want to switch with them, but the current government is working hard on that part. -

MG Windsor EV is Selling!
Top model of Windsor is almost 1L less than Nexon in Hyderabad. Also Nexon is having service issues. So makes sense that MG is no 1.
People having Windsor should confirm how their service experience is. -

Dems say they are open to shutting down government to oppose Trump 'if we have to'
March 14th, 2025, mark it on your calendars and CALL YOUR REP'S.
The current administration doesn't have the competence to prevent it. They will NEED 60 Democratic votes to pass a funding bill.
Republicans control the Senate 53-47 – which is not a wide enough margin to overcome the 60-vote threshold needed to bypass the filibuster, meaning Republicans will need Democrats to avoid a shutdown.
And that will come at the cost of meeting some of their demands.
When government funding expires, Republicans will control the House only 217-215. That means Republicans will need total unanimity to pass a bill in the chamber.
Republicans have everything to lose, while Democrats have everything to gain. Plain and simple. Shutting down the government almost literally won't affect anything that the current administration hasn't already done. It will only hurt them.
* Federal employees losing their jobs or being out of work? There's already a buyout and risks of mass firings and layoffs being threatened.
* Shut down of educational programs? They already have been dismantling the Department of Education.
* Emergency disaster relief? They already told LA to go f\*\*\* themselves unless they agree to certain conditions. They don't care about helping and are already purposely withholding it anyways.
* SNAP, WIC, Medicaid/care? Cuts have already been threatened. A judge Just blocked a freeze of fed spending that might affect these programs and others and the current admin is already trying to violate the order.
* Tank the Economy? Yeah I'm sure starting a tariff war with Mexico, Canada, China, the EU, Columbia, and every other country that doesn't bend the knee to the Annoying Orange, is going to lower the prices of eggs and groceries. Those USDA fund freezes are sure doing wonders for the farmers that are now on the hook for millions. Totally won't affect us consumers /s
Like are there risks to letting the government shut down? Sure, I mean a country simply can't exist with zero government. But also...we're not even a year into this administration yet. Is there really that much to loose? -
