Ahh you’re so right. It’s always concerning to me when people praise salman khan and go crazy for him. I’ve seen people say bad things about katrina for marrying Vicky and leaving salman. Like.. this is a guy that we all know has done some very bad things from cheating to domestic abuse to animal cruelty to drunk driving. But we just brush it under the rug. This ties into many other things like worshipping our elders as if they can do nothing wrong. We will never grow as a society if we keep blindly following people like this.

Security of job is everything to lead a good life. A govt job guarantees job security, steady income, no fear of layoffs, a higher chance of getting matched in arranged marriages, respect in the community you live in.

Overall, a stable set life if you get a govt job. Private jobs are good too, but a good paying job is limited to big cities and any economic slowdown can lead to layoffs.

Of course it's not suitable if you wanna make a change in society, or passionate for entrepreneurship, or for art. But most people aren't passionate enough to do something different.

But I do agree that wasting your precious youth years just for preparing exams that very competitive and very low selection to participation ratios. It's better to prepare for it while you're working.
