Supermarkets near my house are cheaper than zepto, especially veggies , local vendors are cheaper than supermarkets. If you haven't made many orders in zepto it's cheap , once you become regular they jack up prices. Personal experience.

I’d suggest visiting BIR – Rajgundha Valley. You’ll find a great crowd of your age, and you can also try paragliding there. Plus, there are some beautiful natural waterfalls that make for an amazing experience.

Also you can find Parashar Lake and Mandi on the way

Plus you can experience a Himachali Fruit Wine as well.

75k for a 3050 seems too much to me, one of my friend got his for around 60k (lesser)
