I think it’s okay, this concept at Indian weddings of over-shadowing the bride doesn’t exist. Bride will look like the bride only. She also mentioned that her entire outfit was picked by her sister in law so I think it’s okay

It’s definitely not looking like a bride. In Telugu and especially Hyderabad, the close family members do dress up like this and sometimes more. And let’s not forget, it’s her own brother’s wedding. The bide definitely did look like a gorgeous Telugu bride
