This is appalling. No wonder we have horrible traffic everywhere. The roads can no longer sustain public transport. Buses can only act as a secondary mode now. Just like Mumbai, rail is the only answer. We need to expand metro on a war footing.

It's just good and responsible human behaviour. Nothing to do with any spirit.

People are normally friendly, if you try to speak with them casually. When you don't know anyone, may be speaking with someone may make you to know them and you may not feel so much alone.
