25k for standalone 1bhk apartment is ridiculous. My friend stays in a 2bhk around gowthami enclave for 24k, and this area is better than other places in botanical garden kondapur.

Also look for places in telecom nagar, Indra nagar, beside kfc petrol bunk road, pjr nagar for better 2bhk flats in the same 20-25k range.

Not sure about 1 bhk though
