Be very realistic about your personal runway. What can you afford and for how long? What would you need to achieve to extend that runway. Decide now, before committing. For context, I would need at least 14 clients just to breakeven with the job offer I have in hand. So to have a decent revenue I would need to have 50+ clients working with startup. It's a B2B model.

How many clients do you have now? How long would it take to acquire the customers? What does your sales funnel look like? Like, if you need 50 clients, then you probably need to cold-contact at least 2000 businesses. And book 500 first meetings. And then 250 demo meetings. And 125 sales meetings. To secure 75 clients, of whom 50 will meet your expected LTV.
