The problem which you are mentioning is very genuine. But unfortunately we live in a society where people will laugh when you share this problem.
There are 2 solutions for this:-
1st:- if you are living in a rented flat please change as soon as possible.
Because a noisy environment will kill your creativity and make your mind slow and frustrated. You will never give your best.
2nd:- If the flat in which you are residing is your own flat then install upvc windows and doors. They are sound proof. You won't be able to hear anything.

I think this will also solve the issue of the above floor people who are causing noise disturbance.

If the above floor people are jumping on the floor, moving furniture and they are not stopping even after complaining in that case you can put your complaint in your society association and if the association will ignore this you can call the police. .

Don't worry!! Don't feel sad. I can completely understand how you feel. I suffered a lot because of noisy neighbors ,environments
coz of all this my many exams got worse, even i left many exams. I used to browse on the internet to solve these issues and used to cry a lot. I even started doubting myself that something was wrong in me as other people are not complaining and living happily. It's me who is getting disturbed by noises.
Then i realized that some people are sensitive to noises and honestly people who are sensitive to noises hold the best brain.
