The thing I’ve noticed about Bangalore is that people are willing to pay whatever amount someone asks for. Be it restaurant food items or rent. Simplest of dishes will cost 500 and people are willing to pay for it. 2 bhk apartment costs 40-50k/month and it’s still difficult to get one. I’m all for free market but people need to be mindful

It has become extremely worst in the past 3 - 4 years. Before that, the roads were bad in inner city areas, but now it is equally worse in so-called upper middle class areas such as Anna Nagar and KK Nagar.

I don't like the recent narrative of putting the blame on Madurai people. It was not in such a bad shape a few years back.

All it takes is a few hundred crores to relay it and make it better again.
