You need to understand that sharing your problems with someone is not selfish. The one who really cares for you will be glad that you consider that person trustworthy and shared your problems with that person. Some people can sense that you're going through something bad while the other ones really rely on you for the same. Not everyone has this great sense of sensing others'problems.

Don't think nominally, think relatively. What I mean is throw the expectation of $100 a day out the window. You want to survive. If you can do that, you start taking quality trades and profits come from that. Focus on price levels for where you take profit not just how much you are trying to make.

Focussing on nominal PnL will either limit your ability to win big, or cause you overextend your TP beyond your analytical conclusion. In terms of analysis, 15M is too low for a broad view. I like a 1H/5M pair for day trading, 4H/15M pair for longer trades.

The biggest mistake I see retail traders make that screws them over is not having discipline. Not having the patience to wait for your order to play, FOMO making you enter early. Indecisiveness leading to overtrading.

Start having more discipline and thinking in prices not profits. That puts you by my estimates, ahead of 95% of traders. Wishing you well.

No one can manipulate the price of gold like real estate, stock prices,business etc which can become a bubble that affects the common man. Which will not happen in gold. Not even the Indian or American government can control it because it's an asset which is available to everyone rich and poor. The returns 10% beat the inflation and during global crisis, its price rises. For eg 1992 bank securities scam in India's financial system collapsed, 2000 dot com bubble, 2008 mortgage crisis in US, 2020 coronavirus etc there are buyers for gold unlike other assets and its highly liquid both buyers and sellers at all times. It's like the lakshmi of our home to protect us during bad times.

There is no reason to be left out. Any given point of time someone is partying/celebrating/enjoying somewhere but you may not be. Just like weekends. Everyone has their own time to celebrate and enjoy.
