The thing is, few complained how he didn't set bike to neutral b4 parking. Ill give some context. The school that I studied in has a college in the same compound so the bikes from the college sometimes stand near out PT ground. When our friends go to the ground some sit on the bike. And some f my friends are high key tharkuris. So they tend to just play with the clutch and actually put the bike to first gear, or any non neutral gear and leave it at that. When the college guys come and take back their bikes, they sometimes accelerate and hit the wall near the bike.
So, I'm tryna say that someone else might have also changed the gear without his notice... Might have been a genuine mistake

But in the case of Honey, what they did was so underhand and shady that I don't think anyone can be blamed for promoting it.

What functional domain do you work in? Banking and finance does have some opportunities, but not so much for Telecom or Retail etc.

Re the 90 day notice period, sometimes you have the option to "buy-out" your notice period. For example, a client had dissolved contract with my last employer. They were training me for a different project. So when I gave notice, they realised they would be paying me for 90 days for just training without getting any returns for it. So they agreed to buy-out.

In interviews etc. just say "the official notice period is 90 days but that is negotiable"
