Alright - here's my take (I own a Duke 200 and have used NS as well for long period)

Advantage of Duke over NS-
\- Better console (I have the old one, but they have launched the new TFT).
\- Better riding dynamics (handling, seating position).
\- Better brakes. and suspension
\- Better tyres (wider tyres = more contact with road).
\- Better acceleration and mid range.

Advantages of NS over Duke-
\- Price point is better.
\- Low maintenance cost
\- Top end speed is more

If your budget is low then NS is the choice, or else go with Duke for better overall package and premium things.
