Also, don't rely solely on organic search; expand to PPC, especially if you're in an online e-commerce store. P.S. Freelancers can sometimes charge $2-3K a month depending on their skill level and track record with other clients they've had success with. It shouldn't be Freelancers vs Agencies; it can be $3K a month and converted into $10K, $15K, $30K +.
