It's untouched because you don't know the extent.the fraudster might have full control of your phone. they might have accessed ur sms n used otp to acess ur accounts n then deleted them so u will think rest is untouched.

First check if call/sms redirection is there,if yes , remove them.
Immediately after that turn phone on airplane mode. as they might still have access to your phone.

in airplane node, extract as much phone data u can via a desktop/using data cables.

While doing this , file a report to cyber police online.

call your bank and block accounts.

after data extraction, factory reset phone.

change password of each n every account on phone.

Check for duplicated “you” entries in the macOS Contacts app. It always creates a new account with a default photo (in your case, the gingerbread man). Deleting the newly created contact is the first thing I do after setting up my Mac’s.

Edit: sometimes I’ll forget to delete it and I’ll see 3 contacts with my name but only one of them has my info added. The others are just my name and whatever default photo was chosen. It’s a weird choice (and probably a bug that Apple won’t fix).
