Have Honitus hot sip/Samahan kadha 3 times a day.


Have Joshina syrup 2 tsp 3 times a day in hot water.


Monitor temp & take paracetamol 650 jaise hi 100 cross kar jaaye.


She also prepares a home made kadha of adrak, black pepper, lemon grass & tulsi & prefers to give me that rather than Honitus.


She puts black pepper in everything I eat as she says that controls the cough & secretions.


She also gives other meds if I get worse but don't know their names.


Also she starts me on a steroid inhaler as soon as I develop a cough. This really helps me a lot.
