Idk how much maintenance you are paying but it is usually around 1500-4000 and the maintenance is not just for watchman, generator and common area usage it is also to pay the elevator companies for regular maintenance they charge every month the better the brand the higher the maintenance cost. I think if you’re not comfortable with that rent you can move to some different area as there is new residential projects everywhere it won’t be an issue finding a new place with comparatively low rent, the rents in Hyderabad is not going to decrease anytime soon. I renewed my tenants agreement last month but I’m not increasing rent as I know him personally and they really take good care of property.
