I tried a ton of different methods over the years, and my favorite is Microsoft To-Do.

It’s a list, but you can add things to each line item (notes, due date, files).  It also has a phone app, so I’ll add to it when something pops into my head at night.  Getting onto my list to tackle in the morning helps me not dwell on it while I’m sleeping.

I also set up different lists for the people I talk to most often (boss, frequent peer collaborators, etc) that I add to whenever I need to bring something up to them.

I have worked with banks and NBFCs both and generally you would not be able to get the loan through either of them if you are purchasing a flat for which permission is not available.
Try applying with HDFC & Kotak.
You can also apply for NBFC they do not have interest rates linked with RBI but doesn't make them charge whatever rate they wish for. Keep an eye on your a/c statement with a clean repayment and you might end up with the same rate throughout.

I like to keep a piece of scrap paper on my desk to scribble notes on constantly. If it's a temporary note or a task that can be fixed immediately, then it gets crossed out as soon as it's no longer needed. If it's a longer term task or a piece of information I want to retain then it goes in my OneNote so that it's searchable/editable/visible to my team. When the paper gets full, any active notes get copied to a new sheet (and tidied up), then it goes into a pile for a while before going in the bin.
