I was just day before using a website to get an encumbrance certificate of a small plot i own in my city and they changed it. The worst part isn't that they changed, it's that now writing even correct password i am not able to log in. Broke my head for half an hour and nothing worked. just gave up later and got it through some other app ... i don't know who these contractors are but they're doing a terrible job.
