Put my dad's money in NMDC , now with the bonus share allocation and the crash at a heavy loss ,what do I do ? Hold or prevent further loss or buy more to even out ?
How can you say it's crash & incurring heavy losses. You got additional shares free of cost. In short if you paid Rs 210/- for a share, Now you have three Shares, you cost is Rs 70/- per share. -

Hello ladies and gentlemen! Since 2024 is about to end, I wanna ask how has this year been to you? And what learnings do you wanna take from this year to the next one or what do you wanna leave with this year?
Compared to 22 and 23, 24 was a relatively good year for me
22 was really bad, had a toxic job, worst wlb, 10+ working hours and was suffering from office politics
23 work wise no pressure, but had a huge personal life crisis, dad was hospitalized for 6 months and lost all my savings in the treatment, he is doing good now but the year was soo much stressed
24 started really well, 1st time I went on a trip with friends and again after 2 months , the in June I got laid off from the job, 2 months were so stressful and anxious, thankfully got another job with good hike
Last month feels like post credit scenes for 25 so many things are building up
Might be going on a date for the 1st time
The new company seems good and I am getting recognition for my work The only problem is it's also attracting more work for me in the upcoming months
And out of nowhere it seems some of the old family conflicts based on ancestry property are rising again -

Read your employment agreement. See the clause for probation period and termination while under probation.
The normal notice period usually only applies to confirmed employees after probation. -

I burned $20k in hiring sales guys in the past 60 days
Over a decade in sales...
> MICROMANAGE - I have always been generous in letting people run their own schedules but never again. Sales people should report back every day on their progress so Founders can learn from the feedback and see if the sales person really knows what they're doing.
No, don't do this. Why? You have a CRM, learn to use it. You spending 18 seconds reading it will tell you everything you will ask me in your 3 meetings per day.
> Now of course it depends on the total pay comp and how easy the job is, but my SaaS product was very advanced in the industry and we had the right branding. Sales guys shouldn't have difficulty getting meetings just to test the waters.
LOL. Says every person who's never sold. LOLOLOLOLOL. "This will sell itself, you just need to show up." Fuck off dude. This tells me you've literally NEVER sold before.
> Business school didn't teach this.
You're absolutely fucking right.
Look, sales isn't easy. There's a lot of silver tongues who get way too far who can't deliver results. The sad part is, there is no business school that teaches anything about sales. Why? Anyone who CAN sell will make more selling and will have no interest in teaching. Anyone who wants to teach, can't sell, so they have nothing they can teach.
Your problem here is that you don't know anything about sales or how to manage it. It's a completely different game than any other aspect of business and like you said, they don't teach it in school. And every idea you now have about managing sales will sink you even further. You are on the path right now that countless founders fall into and the end result is they hate sales and avoid dealing with it at all costs, even if it costs them their business or unicorn status. Your new approach will get you some sales going forward but you will always be halfway to where you could be.
Send a DM if you want to learn more.
