In 2022, i was traveling home from tirupathi on march 24th, it was late night around 11.00 or something and we were on a bus, suddenly on a cross roads people stopped the vehicles and started throwing stones, glass bottles, shouting "jai ntr, jai ram charan, jai rrr" and the vehicles which didn't stop for this bs were followed and cussed. The ones that did stop to witness the drama ended up getting destroyed like the bus i was in had a broken glass. People got hit by those stones.

The strange part was, there was a police station 1km away from this and no one cared to stop or control them. When I shared this with my friends, they said it is very common, people do all kinds of bs in the name of promoting a movie of their fav heros.

Should be the case everywhere globally. Despite the rhetoric against electrical vehicles from backward dimwits, there is nothing wrong with EV replacing ICE vehicles. In fact, every passing day, the reliability of EV is increasing. They are now well established. Even the criticism about battery tech emissions is unfounded in actual research, and the latest research has also undermined the argument of battery degradation concerns. There are no logical arguments that can support the degradation of our air quality, and any step in a positive direction is a win.
