I started drinking after a traumatic breakup. I started to drink and smoke whenever I got a chance just to make myself feel that I was not better than anyone else. I never liked smoking but still I did it just to make myself feel that I was not in control of my life. Also got peer pressured to drink and smoke after a point. However that phase is over now. I started saying hard no to smoking and I drink only once in a few months during parties. That’s just it.
