I'll be honest, uninstalling Instagram was a good move for me, and web login is 2FA with OTP so it makes going to insta even difficult everytime. This broke my habit and I'm very happy with it. I used the time that I wasted on the app of nearly 2-3hrs a day for something very fruitful like playing guitar or learning to code (as a electronics hobby). Trust me, Insta is good if you are the creator, its the worst if you are the consumer.
