First of all, India is tooo hot to dress neat everyday and with bad traffic and transport system office goers cannot dress tip top because it takes hoops to jump to reach office. Once these basics are in place everyone will love to dress better I am sure.

Every indian follows other Indian when it comes to dressing sense... Indians are afraid of the judgement when they think of try something new.... I myself want to try something new but the people out here start complaining.

There is no age preference in hiring. Only your qualifications matter. You are just as qualified in your late 20s as you would be in your early 20s. I have seen people switching careers and becoming pilots at the Age of 32 and get hired. If you were less adaptable, you wouldn't clear the training and interviews only. So that's not really a worry for the interviewer. In my opinion, older age brings more real-world understanding, patience, and experience.

If you can afford the cadet program, go for it. It's the least hassle way and a sure shot of getting a job. (if you clear all the exams and training)

There is nothing to "jusge" of a person based on what they are wearing (unless you wearing..... rags with holes in them,  or like a T shirt in a formal event)


I have never judged anyone based on what they are wearing and I am surprised to find out everybody else does. Why ?

Go out and look for jobs in local shops, restaurants, etc to begin with. Don't expect a job to popup on reddit.
