Hii, I can help you with it. Having dealt with a hyper dog and going to work for 8-12 hours. I can help you. I learnt a thing or two about dog training etc etc being in the petcare space....happy to share all of those with you to make your life easier. My dog was chaotic aaff not just hyper.

I learnt and still learning, force free positive reinforcement dog training. Now my dogs can stay for 12+ hours if im out for work. I pay a dog walker 3k a month to feed and walk them for an hour and drop them back home. I setup a whole system that works seamlessly well where I can focus on my work but also give them a decent life. Its not everyday that I go out for so long but yeahh. Dm me we can connect.
