    Simple it's confidence.

    Women love men who can stand for them. Protect them. (I'm not saying women are weak, my mom is very strong women but my dad's acting as her back makes her more powerful so) That's why they prefer taller men. It's not that they tall is handsome it's just that taller they are, better guard they are at protecting.

    In the same way, toxic guys/guys who flirts/extrovert etc., all these qualities exhibits confidence. We generally fumble like talking to someone we like, but those who can talk easily shows their power in handling people. That makes the difference.

    Eg: When there is a fight and everyone blaming the girl she might need someone to assist her. (Even though how strong she/he is, in a fight having assist boosts ourself) Then these soft spoken kind guys can't necessarily stand for her. But a person who has confidence can defend her like those toxic guys, backbencer type.

    For the tips,

    1. Be yourself, fuck these quotations. If some qualities of you are bad just change them. Improve yourself.
    2. Have a stable career. Women hate men who don't have passion, ambition.
    3. Keep yourself fit and hygiene. And some basic fit. Thats enough.
