Whenever I feel suicidal or am not taking care of myself enough I think of my family.they are dysfunctional as hell, but they'll be sad if they see me die a horrible death, so I trudge on. And yeah they can piss me off at times, but I still know they love me deep down.

What do you LIKE to do? What gives you joy? Reading? Working out? Anime? Video games? Any pets? Focus on the things you like to do and amplify them x100. Live a hedonistic life (within reason). Life is hell, and it's even worse if you're in a 3rd world country, but don't make a permanent decision on what could be temporary feelings. I thought with my shitty life that I'd never make it to 21, or that I'd always be angry inside from my past. I'm 35 now, and through grit, and a SHIT TON of luck (I've had a lot of close calls with death, but somehow I keep making it out unscathed) I'm still here. And I'm glad I'm still here overall, even with how horrible society is, I'm glad I didn't die thinking I was a failure or useless, because in the end capitalism is destroying the literal planet.
