My 10 bollywood movies of this year
Chamkila(Imtiaz reinvented himself perfectly..it’s too good..lively and potent), Do aur do pyaar(the vibes and the mature treatment everything is immaculate) and Crew(so fun) are my top 3..I liked Jigra too though it’s a mess somewhat. -
What are you talking about, Elon Musk is President, wake up.
Trump will be 82 in 2028. By the time he hits 80, I think we'll be seeing more progressive mental decline, and he'll be in no condition to do much of anything, let alone be president. -

North Easterns
Northeasterner here. Please do not take it as NE people dont want to socialise with you. The reason why a lot of NE people don't mingle with others is attributed to many reasons.
Allow me to share my thoughts.
I have been living here in pune for over a decade and I have made many friends from pune and other states. We do socialize often and it is very fun. But most of the times, me and my family end up in social gatherings with our own North eastern folks.
The difference in our culture, traditions and upbringing drives us to our own people.
Our gatherings are almost always accompanied by food. Most of the time it's pork and beef which very obviously can't be enjoyed by most other cultures.
Our music choices are English pop, rock, metal, country etc which does not resonate with most of the outsiders.
We have very different languages that we use to communicate with ourselves which creates a language barrier.
Our Conversations revolves around our culture and our history there which confuses many people who aren't NE.
Of course you could say, "why not socialise and have veg/chicken/egg, play Hindi songs, speak in hindi/english, talk about general topics etc?" And to that I'll say that as far as I am aware I have never known a north eastern invite a non NE and not take care that they are comfortable with the food by preparing what they like to eat, keeping conversation simple despite their broken Hindi and involving them with all the activities. If you are with the NE people, they will always put your needs ahead of them.
Most NE people were not born here. We come here for studies, work and other ventures. We do miss our home and hence alot of times NE people end up seeking other NE people.
Next time you want to socialise with NE folks, why not just walk up and strike up a conversation. My best friend is a Punekar. Their family does not start the Ganapati Puja without my family present. My family don't cut the Christmas cake without them.
Maybe you too will find a new family in a North Eastern friend. -
We are sorry for you Bumrah.

Idea validation
Any time you have a new business idea ask yourself two questions -
1. Is this the Uber of [insert industry]?
2. Is this the Tinder of [insert industry]?
If so, choose a different idea. -
Relatable??
Is this episode out?? If not then what is the context of this meme? Or just posting random snippets because you don't have anything else to do today -

My mind says to avoid being out at such places early in morning on the 1st lest I encounter drunken or rowdy people. -

"Is it worth investing ₹50 lakhs in a 5-year-old flat in Kochi if we don't plan to stay there in the near future?"
I think It’ll be a good idea if you are going to rent it out when you’re not using it. Flats have an avg life of about 50 years so if it’s a good property it’ll turn out fine. Also point to note is that if you’re expecting a huge return on your investment there are plenty of other options but investing on something like this gets you more security.
