Kyun ki chacha vidhayak hai hamare 😎. Jokes apart… ppl are illiterate over here.. they think only they deserve to see the road crisp and clear. They are unaware that if their light blinds opp. car it can lead to unfortunate event, specially on double sided road. Ppl who install aftermarket cheap white lights are even more troublesome.. they drive with Flood Lights.
