when you come to india to work in an airline , you have to convert your FAA CPL to an indian one anyways , so no airlines dont really give a shit about wether you do your training from india or the US or australia or south africa , etc . there are NO exceptions to this , as for vacanies its very luck based game . You can Opt for doing instructor work withing India as an AFI in the beginning , then FI , and so on , AFI shortages are always there and many flying clubs take fresher AFI's . you can fly as an instructor and get instructional hours whilst focusing on clearing ATPL or waiting for vacanies...
