Relying on "flight instructor" job is not a good financial decision for most people. Spending 70L-1.2cr, just for a job of 60k is not worth it. Sure if there's no other option, thats not a bad idea. But the rate at which the aviation industry is expanding in India, new airports, new aircraft orders, the coming years are gonna be filled with airline vaccancies. Assuming there are nearly 800 aircraft orders from indigo + air india, and usually its a 1/12 ratio, means 12 pilots per aircraft, there are nearly 10k vaccancies in the coming years + even more when the old one's retire/switch airlines.

Commenting for Niloufer tea, there are two kinds of people. One who like full milk high fat tea and others who like it light and watery.

The mawa cakes seem smaller now. Moreover, they have also increased the prices, imagine paying Rs. 28 for one bun maska, seems outrageous for me. And from what I remember, the bakery doesn’t even open at 5 now, they open around 6-7.

Sitting inside is allowed but you’ll get the items in disposable plate and everything is self service now.
