1. create location-specific content - not just landing pages, but also blog posts about local events or industry news in ur area
2. get reviews from local customers (esp on GMB) - this signals trust to google
3. embed a google map on ur contact page
4. join local business associations - great for networking AND backlinks
5. get listed in local directories (beyond just the big ones like yelp)

one strategy thats been super effective for my clients is getting mentioned in local news sites and blogs. reaching out to local journalists or bloggers who cover home services can really boost ur local visibility. we do this at backlinker ai and its helped lots of local businesses improve their rankings.

protip: when creating location pages, make sure to include unique content for each area - google can spot duplicate content pretty quickly!
