I don't hear this advice often, but it's the best that works for me.

Mindset. Your mindset is the most important thing.

I too tend to overprepare or go into a nervous loop about every single detail of the content. But I discovered that prepping content *before* the day of, and then focusing 100% on mindset and not working/reworking the content *on* the day of gives me the best results.

I play the movie of how the meeting will go in my mind, and I imagine my attitude, personality, way of communicating, way of responding, presenting etc is the best it can be. If something doesn't feel right about that mental picture, I try to fix it.
