    At RTO, But if you are an automatic car driver, it's not necessary to give a drive test in the manual.

    You can opt for an automatic car (you can bring your own car) and the permanent licence issued will be only for Automatic LMV.


    And for the second query, yes, at RTO, there are agents, they can provide you the car.. you can ask him for an automatic too..
