I think less than 1 lakh should be a fair price to be honest. Even though the engine is smooth, I think it might require a suspension, steering rack, clutch and possible driveshaft, brake overhauls. You might even have some engine work in the form of ignition coils, spark plugs, timing belt/chain.

The body looks heavily scratched, and 2.3L on the ODO means it has seen a fair bit of heavy use. You will have no idea if the previous owner was on time with his engine oil changes.

I would suggest you to pass this car and look for something that is driven below 1 lakh on the ODO. (You will definitely get such cars not only in Delhi, but also in Bangalore, but Bangalore used car market is overpriced)

Also, you need not worry too much about scratches and all, Bangalore traffic might be a choke-hold, Delhi traffic is definitely another ball game.
