I've not worked in Zoho but have met quite a few people from there.

Very good company to work for. You learn a lot and have very good office infrastructure. Most teams work as if they are working in a startup. Customer/product support team is quite big, very good and are also well paid. Promotions are fast and rarely hire from outside for a senior/manager role. Also, decent work culture. Very good pay as one progresses to senior levels. However I've heard that the managers (and above) wield way too much power and even if a complain is raised against them (for any reason such as ethics, even harassment), nothing happens and it's swept under the rug. But that's probably a rare case where someone misbehaves at that level.

Overall I'd say it's a very good company and I'll sure work for it if I get an opportunity.
