    You should sleep between 7-8 hours and not 8-10.

    Sleeping for 10 hours would surely keep you unenergetic and make you feel drowsy for the full day.
    I also have a similar work life where I work till 1:30 - 2am and sleep around 2 - 2:15 am.
    But then I wake up sharp at 9am, drink water, freshen up and by 10am, I goto gym.
