My dog had similar issues and my dad is a veterinarian althought not based in noida. Whenever there was a seizure attack , we used to put some ice pack on her head and rubbed her legs and hand to give her some relief. It took her generally 2- 5 minutes to get back in shape. Unfortunately these are heriditary attacks and there is no permanent solution as i had two dogs (mum and daughter) suffering from the same issue. I hope you find a good vet and your dog gets better soon.
