Why is everyone against building a team for the future? Let the younger ones learn from mistakes. RoKo learning nothing at this age. Let the younger ones fail and see which ones rise to the occasion. We need to build a team for the next decade and not the next WTC cycle only.

I feel 70k is nothing considering the educational expenses of 2 kids. If you earn 1lakh/month, then taxes will eat up some amount, and somewhat fall in middle class.

Do you have Medicaid? Depending on the plan, you can probably get free virtual therapy which is more accessible.

As far as getting yourself to do things, I highly suggest todo lists. I can share the weekly planner I use with you if you'd like.

Writing things down really helps, also also not expecting too much from yourself. My todo list has like 10 things on it today. I wont get them all done but I will be able to get atleast some of them done
