If anyone does bring bottles and is caught by the cops and your expected to pay a fine/bribe and the bottles will be confiscated anyways

Just take the bottles and smash them on the ground, it's illegal to bring alcohol into MH but it's not illegal to bring broken glass bottles, the police can't file a case against a person when there's no alcohol as evidence

This happened with a rickshaw driver in GJ state where he was caught with liquor and smashed the bottles on the ground, the police used the broken glass Shards as evidence to have him tried in court but the court said without any alcohol in the bottles there's no case to be filed

This advice is only when ur not allowed to keep the bottles even after having paid the bribe/fine

There are people who wear silk sarees, hand weaved thread by thread, that look regal and are expensive. Jewellery that is heirloom or just bought for the wedding but worthy enough to be passed down to the generations.
