Been searching for a 3bhk in 43,27,55,56,31,40 .The prices are insane with even sec 55 starting with 3cr for 263-300sq yard. The inventory seems very very limited. I contacted 3-4 dealers none had more than 2-3 options in 43,27 and nearby sectors in the budget of 3cr . Sec 43 mein 3.3 asking krte hai ab gande se floor ki and 27 mein bhi. There are no new inventory right now as 4 floors permission was halted for a long time now its open and it will take a year to get new set of floors in the market.Even the most basic poor constructed houses are demanding 3cr. Plot prices are increasing that's why the builders are increasing the floor prices even if the house was built a year ago. They keep updating the pricing according to the current plot rate.With so much empty land in gurgaon even in sectors adjoining golf course the prices seems unreasonable. But then people from Delhi seems to be shifting and paying hefty amounts as for them even 3cr house is not a bad deal if comparison is drawn with Delhi pricing. 8 months ago a house which was selling for 2cr now demands 2.5cr thats how much difference is there.Dont think about price collapse ,might get stagnant(doubtful) but drop ni hoga.Jiska jo mann kr rha hai rate bol rha hai aaj kal no limit whatso ever. shity ass locations with terrible construction.

The problem with trying to interpret options data, is you have no idea how that position is hedged. You might see some gigantic SPY option position go through the tape, but someone bought and someone sold that position, and beyond that that position might literally have a 0 delta to the owner because it's completely hedged via SPY shares or ES contracts. So how on earth can you interpret that when you are potentially only getting a small fraction of the story.
I am no options data expert, but in my opinion it's really hard, if not impossible to get any useful data out of them.

The only time I find it helpful is if something is squeezing and you are seeing OTM strike volume RIPPING. That sometimes tells me that someone is short the underlying and selling OTM calls to try to lessen their loss, and are about to likely get squeezed.

This kind of stuff was observed in the GME, AMC squeezes. (Gamma Squeezes).

Other than that and just seeing one random strike flying off the shelves, I think it's pretty hard to get anything useful out of the data.
