One of the main reasons why Hyderabad doesn't face the issues similar to Bangalore is that the entire IT sector was built in the outskirts of the city and can keep expanding in that direction. The main city wasn't impacted by it's presence and didn't end up causing issues like inflation of land prices due to high income groups moving in. The traffic congestion also isn't because the offices are in the middle of the main city. Thank God we don't have offices in the main city area. I dread going to hitech City on weekdays.
