I feel like as a middle class guy, whose parents were salaried, who himself is salaried. Who studied, gave exams, gave interviews and now on a daily basis struggles for that year end increment. We are truly suffering. There is no respite for us. No protests for us. No one to stand for us. We shall get no waives, no income tax benefits, we cannot take to the streets, no quota is an added bonus for me.

I get scared by seeing cops walk towards my car during a naka but people and certain classes in our country can hold everyone hostage for their demands. Thats a nice little privilege. I wouldnt be able to gather 20 of my known for broken roads let alone things like removal of cases, debt waivers, pension. Man do the middle class miss pensions. But we cant get that. We will never get that. They might. So its nice man.

Im not some vidhwaan economist. I get the struggle of working in fields, I get the hardwork to grow food. But I also work hard. I also pay for my food. I would be much obliged if I could get my groceries for free. Hell I would get on the roads with them.
