No Spark in Marriage
I don't see the situation getting better in a traditional household. It's difficult or nearly impossible to change in laws or mama's boy mindset. Trust me ! It doesn't seem like they have that growth mindset or willingness to have open communications or seek counselling. Even if you try, that's a battle you probably won't win cos damn it's sensibility vs their fragile egos !
I wouldn't either advise you to do something that you don't like. You will eventually develop resentment.
What may work is getting a different house or moving elsewhere - new city, country.
I am glad that you are noticing it and not brushing it off. Many women, when encountered with such situations, ignore the red flags and continue to bear for ages without action, till its too late. The more you delay, higher the impact. -

Anyone here earning less than 30K a month?
It's what you are learning at the moment that determines your future. Are you learning essential skills even though you are being paid less? If not, change your job. Get involved in important projects, get that exposure which is valued in your target companies. Do not think about money for 3-4 years. I know it's very hard on you but Indian companies are not known to pay freshers well or the inexperienced. -
what are your thoughts about implementing 2 child policy in india?
Simply put, no. Declining and ageing population has pretty bad economic outcomes.
